Check a Card

This facility is for the purpose of checking the validity of a PASMA Photo Card. You can also use it to download training certificates. To get started, fill in the First Name, Last Name and Certificate Number exactly as it appears on the card.

This facility should not be used as a substitute for the actual photo card. If the holder of the card cannot produce the actual PASMA Photo Card then please ask him or her to contact their training provider to request a replacement card. At the moment, this facility only works for users and managers; it will not show instructor qualifications.

Please report any dangerous or inappropriate activity by the cardholder to PASMA.
