26/04/2023 Congratulations to all those PASMA members who won awards at the Hire Awards of Excellence on Saturday night! Hirer/dealer members HSS Hire, Vp Brandon Hire Station and Sunbelt Rentals all took home trophies, along with associate member Point of Rental Software.
The awards aren't just for companies but for the individuals working within them. Let's give a special mention to:

> David Smith from vP Brandon Hire Station who won Apprentice of the Year
> Boyd Crombie from vP Brandon Hire Station who won Hire Manager of the Year
> Oscar Norman from Sunbelt Rentals won Workshop Manager of the Year AND Hire Achiever of the Year!

Well done also to Lakeside Hire who were highly commended for Hire Manager of the Year and Speedy Services who were highly commended for their sustainability & CSR initiatives as well as to Astley Hire who were finalists in the same category.

PASMA's Jason Carlton was one of the judges, so he attended the gala dinner at Grosvenor House in London on 22 April and was delighted to cheer as so many of our members’ names were read out. He shared some
insights into the judging process in an earlier article.
Organised by Hire Association Europe and Event Hire Association (HAE EHA), the Hire Awards celebrate the success of hire companies across the UK. All our members who won awards, were highly commended or selected as finalists should be extremely proud of their achievements. Congratulations to everyone involved!
